Nuke Performance CFC Unit – Integrated Fuel Surge Tank

The Nuke Performance CFC Unit is a modern and lightweight solution for motorsport fuel systems. It is specifically designed for ATL and Fuel Safe fuel cell tanks, and includes an integrated 2.0 liter fuel surge tank and fuel pump mounting.

The CFC Unit acts as a fill plate replacement for the most common 6x10” 24-bolt fuel cell mounting patterns, used by brands such as ATL, Premier, Pyrotect, Fuel Safe, and Radium.

This next-generation solution eliminates the fuel starvation problem during hard driving and provides a safe and lightweight fuel system for competition use.

The integrated surge tank ensures a consistent fuel supply even with very low fuel levels and effectively prevents the fuel starvation problem during high G-forces.

When used with PWM control, the system also helps reduce the heat load on the fuel pumps.

Because the fuel pumps are installed directly inside the fuel cell tank:

• an external surge tank is not needed

• the number of fuel lines is reduced

• the system is safer

• overall weight is reduced
